When I founded Globmobi, I had no idea why I had that yearning passion to do so nor did I have the knowledge on where to start.
What I had was a dream that one day we will get to have our name placed on the top of the building in Dubai Media City, just like the Giants that came before us.
After jumping out of the plane and building my parachute on the way down we started on the Globmobi Journey, I quickly came to realize why I am so passionate about helping people connect with others, helping them get their message across, and really being creative only to realize that my passion originated from a rooted need to seek Love & Attention from those close to me.
As a Middle Child, it was never that easy to get the attention I wanted nor was it easy for me to find my voice, speak my mind, and connect with my loved ones to share my thoughts and stories, so I was really challenged to find the most effective words, at the right time making sure that my mindset was correct.
From that challenge grew a passion for helping others find what they desired and deserve and as the years went by, I developed that hunger into a career where for the past 17 years I have been working on providing media solutions for all different types of brands and partners.
My first Career move into the Media and Advertising Industry was as an Account Executive for Black Pencil, which was part of what is referred to today as Publicis communication.
I was drawn to the whole world of Media and Communication it was a dream come true to really stand among those gigantic brands that we grew up with.
I am still Living My Dream and it has been the sweetest jump into the abyss I could ever have created.
Funny Enough they say most great Companies started out in the most unfamiliar places with a single Value in mind and GLOBMOBI is no Exception to that, Globmobi is a company that was built on values. We set out to develop our values into everything that we do for ourselves and those that we work with.

It is because of those Values that I know I have gained the love and respect of many of my colleagues, peers and those that paved the way for all of us and It is an honor and pleasure to have been so blessed and fortunate to have had those Values that I lived by day in and day out….
Driven by Passion and Guided by Values and beliefs led me to the greatest Discovery of All times – MY SELF – during which I learned the true meaning of perseverance, humility, gratitude, courage, vulnerability, Discipline, and Most of all Self Worth.
Through Finding myself it fueled my passion even further and the birth of GLOBMOBI a Digital Media Solutions Company came about as an expression of the craving I feel for this art form of communication to really connect with the art I believe you have to keep your eyes on the conversation that’s where it all takes place
Keeping an Eye On the Conversation, became our motto and our focus – and that is reflected in all the products and services we develop, for us this is the most essential part of any communication experience –
“Communication is the act of transformation; Conversation is the act of exchange”
and for true value to occur exchange must take place.
Another constant, that I would say was and still is, would be Learning, adapting to new changes, believing with all your heart, and most of all you have to know Yourself to Love yourself beyond conviction and beyond belief and you have to be humbled and gratified by that, enough to share it with others, Today and after 3 years from founding GLOBMOBI, I am still learning, falling and repeating a couple of exams here and there and that’s all part of the bittersweetness that life provides us in every pursuit of greatness.
More saw I learned what’s the meaning of a team, what does it mean to be loyal, How do ideas change your world, How can a Vision move a crowd, the true meaning of Collaboration, Finding your Why, the true meaning of friends what does Belief look like and the Journey within.
It only takes one idea that can shape itself into a vision and will lead you to really understand your why and have it clear as day in your mind and in your heart.
Then you would Surround yourself with the best people you could possibly have to aid your growth, (spiritualty, mentally, physically, Socially, Etc.) and do yourself a Favour, stay away from the negative people even if they were your family and loved ones you don’t need to be around anyone that can inflict any unnecessary negative energy and not say you design your life in a safe environment
Not at all GO DO STUFF and don’t waste your precious time with negative people.
Learning those skills came in handy when I was hiring and it was challenging, in the beginning, to understand how I could separate (Friendship and Fellowship) from one end I felt honored to be having someone believe in my vision and the fact that I get to help someone else shape the best version of themselves during the journey with GLOBMOBI.
There is truth in the saying it takes a village to raise a child, and I believe that Media City has been my village, and I couldn’t have gotten so far if I wasn’t blessed with the Love and Respect of the community that I grew up in, thank you to all that have been a great part of my journey so far and especially those that helped out at times as if it was sent from heaven.
Out of all the journeys I have been on there has never been a journey more rewarding than the Journey within from the time I had started till this very moment as I am writing this I still stand in shock and awe when I learn about the inner universe that’s where my true destination is.
